George is an associate with the Firm. George represents clients in a wide range of corporate matters. He handles the preparation and filing of articles of incorporation, 501(c)(3) filings, bylaws, and rules and regulations for both corporations and nonprofit organizations.
George also has experience in investigating insurance fraud claims and employee fraud.
George previously worked as a summer associate at Economides & Economides. He served as judicial intern for the Honorable Mark A. Kearney of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. As an undergraduate student, George served as President of The Pennsylvania State University Marine Science Society.
